Cuando hablamos de Incentivos nos vienen muchas definiciones a la cabeza, pero ¿qué es realmente un incentivo? Un incentivo es aquello que te motiva, o que simplemente te da ese empujón que necesitas ante una adversidad. 

Si hablamos en concreto de incentivos corporativosson los que se convierten en un efectivo recurso para lograr equipos comprometidos y eficaces. El origen de los incentivos corporativos se remonta a la segunda mitad del siglo XIX, cuando surgió la corriente de la Administración Científica, en la que uno de sus autores, Frederick W. Taylor, expuso que los profesionales se esforzaban más cuando recibían un aliciente adicional en función de su productividad. 

No obstante, aunque el concepto de incentivo laboral nació con este marcado carácter, en las últimas décadas ha ampliado su significado, implicando cualquier estímulo, tangible o intangible, que se ofrece a una persona o grupo con el objetivo de que incremente su rendimiento y producción. Por lo tanto, no necesariamente deben ser económicos, sino que también pueden ser facilidades para la conciliación familiar, más tiempo libre para los empleados, un viaje, un reconocimiento público en la propia empresa (el empleado del mes), etc… 

Si nos centramos en el viaje, éste se convierte en un poderoso aliciente, pues no solo consiste en transportarse físicamente a un lugar. The Slow movement has its beginning in the Plaza España in Rome (Italy) in 1986 and is the result of a certain attitude by the journalist Carlo Petrini when he met the opening of a Mc Donalds restaurant in this historic enclave of the Italian capital. Slow Meeting: a new concept

When October arrives, the days get shorter and the feeling that summer has finally ended and everything that goes with it, then, you realize what the good weather brings you. Every year I think I should take more advantage then and start working on the terraces. Then I remember the saying “until May 40, do not take off your coat”. This is the time to organize outdoor events.

As representatives of venues for events in the peninsula we work and have worked with places and hotels that have small, medium or large outdoor areas to host events. In Ouisellyou, we love these places because we allow a lot of creativity. It is true that it can be more important.

Organizing outdoor events is a challenge because we depend on multiple factors, some of them uncontrollable by us.

In this package would be wind, rain, cold or heat, mosquitoes / flies and any previous environmental factors that may have affected the terrain.

Our advice, from our own experience, is to have a Plan B always. In another order of things would be aspects closely related to the assembly of the event itself such as:

Ouisellyou: 10 años en el sector MICE

We are celebrating!

Today, exactly 10 years ago, Laura and Neus joined in the “Madrid-Barcelona” restaurant in Aragón street to talk about what they wanted to be great … The two agreed that they wanted to dedicate themselves to something that fascinated them.

A few days before this meeting, a former director of the hotel where they had worked together, the great professional Sr. Reinhard Wall proposed them to market events oriented hotels, with which he was starting a project. He was interested in his experience and know-how in the MICE sector. These three hotels still did not have this market segment, it was the two hotels of the T3 chain of management at the Hotel Hilton Sa Torre de Mallorca and the Hilton Buenavista de Toledo, along with a wonderful resort in Portugal, the Bom Sucesso in Óbidos .

After lunch, they not only talked about the future, but also past and present, the two went home thinking the same thing: If this company needed their knowledge in the event sector, perhaps the they could need some more. ..

And so the embryo was created from what is now Ouisellyou. A few days later and sitting in a terrace in the neighborhood of Gràcia with his friend Yolanda Torres de Equipo Singular, with a handful of cats and improvising brainstorming the name OUISELLYOU . OUI: affirmative, positive, also allowed to play with its similar phonetic in English with the pronoun WE, us. SELL: sale or sales, what they are dedicated to and do, and YOU: to you, to you, to your clients.

He also became his leiv motiv: we sell you, we represent you in the field of events. From there everything was not “blowing and making bottles.” They worked hard and lived in first person what it means to have a company of their own, but they have also enjoyed working in everything that has relation with spaces for events, and the balance is always inclined towards continuity.
